概要:

Braze shareholders to receive $47.50 in cash per share.

SpaceX earnings raise the realistic bar for AI revenue, while corporate acquisitions and agent deployment push AI into marketing, drug discovery, and payment workflows.

1 | SpaceX Q3 net profit $4.4 billion, SI revenue surpasses connectivity business

SpaceX Q3 revenue was $14.575 billion, up 161% year-over-year, with net profit of $4.4 billion. The Super Intelligence (SI) segment generated $7.56 billion in revenue, surpassing the connectivity business at $5.248 billion and the space business at $1.767 billion. SEC filings show the SI segment's capital expenditure for the same period was $16.444 billion, accounting for the bulk of the company's total capex of $19.593 billion.

The Associated Press noted that Starlink remains the largest profit contributor. The growth engine has expanded from satellite communications to compute leasing and AI software, with investment intensity rising accordingly. Capex does not equal current-quarter expenses; this earnings report shows revenue is scaling up, but return on investment still depends on future cash flow and utilization of new capacity. 2 | Salesforce to acquire Braze for $5.66 billion

Salesforce has agreed to acquire customer engagement platform Braze at an enterprise value of approximately $5.66 billion, with Braze shareholders receiving $47.50 per share in cash. Braze can orchestrate personalized outreach across apps, websites, email, and SMS based on real-time user behavior. Salesforce said it will integrate these capabilities with Marketing Cloud, CRM, and Data 360. The deal still requires shareholder and regulatory approval and is expected to close in fiscal year 2028.

The acquisition connects AI marketing to real-time customer signals and outreach channels, and signals that enterprise agent competition is moving into business execution. The follow-up question is whether Salesforce can link customer data, marketing decisions, and actual outreach into measurable revenue; customer adoption and monetization performance post-closing will be the test.

3 | Meta pauses Muse sharing feature after researchers find over 6,800 searchable links

Security research firm Claroc said that hostnames of Meta Muse share links could be queried via passive DNS, allowing researchers to find over 6,800 conversation share links actively created by users. They opened hundreds of samples and found sensitive content including bank fraud alerts, loan applications, and corporate revenue reviews. The figure does not mean all 6,800 conversations were read by outsiders.

The share page allows anyone with the link to access it. The hidden risk is that the link's hostname can be retrieved through passive DNS, and the actual scope of what can be read is hundreds of samples. Meta paused the sharing feature and reviewed its design after Ars Technica inquired. Claroc said that when it rechecked 40 previously accessible links, they were no longer accessible, and it found no evidence that content had been misused. The privacy boundary of AI conversations ultimately also depends on how shared links are indexed and revoked.

4 | OpenAI acquires Orchestra Bio, folding team and technology into Rosalind

OpenAI announced the acquisition of Orchestra Bio and will fold its team and technology into Rosalind, which focuses on life sciences research. Orchestra coordinates drug development processes for biopharma teams, allowing agents to track research progress and drug development timelines and flag potential delays. OpenAI said it plans to connect research, decisions, and follow-up tasks in scientific discovery and candidate drug development. The deal amount was not disclosed.

Drug development also requires advancing projects across teams and systems, and this acquisition adds a project coordination layer for OpenAI. The existing announcement describes product integration goals, and it cannot be used to conclude that clinical trial or new drug approval cycles have already been shortened. It remains to be seen whether biopharma teams adopt these tools and whether project progress data improves.
