Most AI Agents have never moved beyond the Demo stage.
This is not because developers lack the technical skills, but because there is often a significant gap between "can run" and "actually being used"; there is a gap between a weekend project and a real product; there is a gap between Proof of Concept and a product that can create real economic value.
The OpenClaw Summer Builder Bootcamp is designed to address this issue.
During the 8-week bootcamp, participants will receive infrastructure support, mentorship, and a clear growth path to help them evolve their AI Agent from an early-stage prototype to a product with real users.
This project is initiated by Metis, ClawUp, GOAT Network, LazAI, CryptoChicks, and MindFuel. Each partner will collectively provide infrastructure, development tools, mentorship resources, and ecosystem support for AI Builders.
Why is this project being held?
We have seen too many talented developers with great ideas who have created functional Demos, but due to a lack of proper support, these projects have ultimately failed to grow into real products. They may get stuck at the infrastructure level, struggle with growth strategies, or simply because no one told them what to do next. This project is specifically designed for builders who have moved beyond the "interesting idea" phase and are ready to create products that are actually used by users.

Integrate Core Infrastructure
Connect to the x402 payment system and ERC-8004 identity system to allow your Agent to participate in real economic activities.
Learn Product Growth and User Acquisition
Understand how the AI Agent is discovered, used, and propagated, and learn AI-era growth strategies including GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
Publicly Release and Promote Your Product
Create content, documentation, and product assets to enable platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and other AI platforms to discover and reference your Agent.
Acquire Real Users and Validate Market Demand
Your goal is not just development completion but obtaining real users, driving actual usage, and validating if the product addresses real market needs.
Showcase Progress at Demo Day
Present your product, user growth data, and project experience to the ecosystem builders, mentors, and invited judges on Demo Day.
